Y,all, let’s talk about it. Blogging was something I was putting off with our business for quite a while. It’s another thing on the endless to-do list, and it just kind of slips through the cracks! My first job out of college was with a destination management company that put on large scale events in a southeast city. I was getting my feet wet in the industry, working as an event assistant and a marketing and social media coordinator. Part of that job was writing blogs for the website. I really enjoyed it and loved the freedom in how I could write them, but sometimes it felt like such a burden when all I wanted was to be running events.
Fast forward to now, where I am the co-owner of Wallflower Event Co., and I have been putting off blogging for quite some time. But there is so much value in sharing our industry knowledge with you guys! So, it is time I get back to doing some things I enjoy: writing and talking all things wedding and LOVE! Allow me to introduce you to a space where we will feature some of our amazing weddings we get to be a part of, share some great tips on Wedding Planning Survival, and some of the other fun things that come with being wedding and floral designers.
